Use the form below to submit your nominations for the DVI All District and All Star teams. Voting opens October 21st and closes October 23rd.

Before You Vote

  • You must be a registered member coach to vote.

  • Nominations must be submitted by October 18th.

All-District Voting Form

Select a player for each All-District slot and choose your Coach of the Year. Each player may only be selected once.  Slot 1 is your first choice, slot 2 is your second choice.  You will vote for 12 players.  You cannot vote for your own players/yourself.
